If you are retired and are interested in joining an unique cadre of “senior” incident managers, we invite you to join our group.
Agencies are strapped for time and availability of experienced fire and fire training managers.  Our cadre of professionals offers ready-made solutions to serious problems by providing experience and human resource availability.
Typical assignments range from operating a variety of incident support modules and/or single resources, including large base camps and staging areas, mobilization and demobilization centers, and post-incident restoration operations.
All of the individuals in the IMST, Inc. cadre are individually qualified under the Incident Command System for a variety of command specialties.  Those who do not have current “red cards” are also welcome;  we have a process in place to recertify you if needed.
Interested?  All disciplines of the Incident Command System organization are needed as well as ICS instructors.

General Considerations:

• Rate of pay will be based on the ICS position filled.
• Rates are generally higher than current AD rates. 
• We pay all reasonable travel expenses.  Travel rates are based on the government approved rate for the area.
• We comply with the R&R policies of the agency we are working with at the time.
• We expect you to provide us with a reliable schedule of availability.  We will not automatically drop you from our system should you be unavailable for a certain assignment.
• We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate any special needs you may have.
